About this opportunity:
This is an Noc Engineer role where primary responsibility is to work on the day to day operations without any escalations. Interaction with customer, Order Management & Internet Service Providers to get the proper updates and to provide it to certain teams and Team lead on daily basis.
What you will do:
- Work with the Hub teams/ISPs in configuring the Switch and Servers, also preparing/validating Config files and Asset files within SLA and reply via emails.
- To follow-up with the Internet Service providers over the Emails, Phone & WhatsApp on the updates of the servers installation.
- To assist internet service providers with the servers installation and get the confirmation of successful installation from the customer.
- Interacting with ISPs to ensure that they are equipped and available to install.
- Communicating with ISPs across the globe regarding the Shipment Status and Order installation completion.
- Should be flexible to work with new kind of tools and must quickly adapt to new Wows.
- Must be a Team player and be flexible with different shifts.
- Daily transactions must be updated daily on the provided tool.
- Interacting with Regional leads on daily updates and to resolve issues.
- Contribute & Participate for the overall improvement of the program/ company.
- Handle the Shipment Delivery Coordination b/w respective teams
The skills you bring:
- Work experience on Windows Platform
- Understanding customer and service providers
- Good understanding of servers, switches, and network setup in Data Center.
- Good knowledge in Networks & Connectivity will be helpful.
- Telephone and Emails etiquette is must.
- Ethics in the Workplace
- Tools, Problem Solving, and Processes
- Staying Current in the Industry
- Tools and Technologies for the Support Center
- Willing to work in shifts in a 24/5 support team
