Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- Develop and maintain scalable, modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks across the application lifecycle
Frontend Engineering
- Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS
- Implement dynamic UI components and user dashboards to support analytics, admin, and user interactions
- Ensure pixel-perfect, accessible, and cross-browser compatible designs
Backend Engineering
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express
- Develop secure, scalable microservices using cloud-native principles
- Manage authentication, authorization, and API security protocols
Database Management
- Design and maintain efficient PostgreSQL database schemas
- Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for data access, analytics, and reporting
- Experience working with Supabase or other modern Postgres-based platforms is a plus
DevOps & Deployment
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment to platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or AWS
- Troubleshoot and resolve build/deployment issues and manage environment configuration
Code Quality & Collaboration
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, maintain internal documentation, and contribute to technical discussions
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues across both frontend and backend stacks
Qualifications & Skills
57 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- React.js, including hooks and component architecture
- Node.js and Express.js
- PostgreSQL, database normalization, indexing, and integration
- Solid understanding of RESTful architecture, web security, and session management
- Ability to create and manager virtual teams.
- Experience with cloud-based deployments and continuous integration tools
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Supabase, Vercel, Docker, or GitHub Actions
- Good grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile development
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative, distributed team environment
