Night Shift Manager -Medical Scribing

We're hiring a Night Shift Manager for our Hyderabad office to lead and manage night shift operations. This is a work-from-office-only role (no remote/hybrid) and is critical to ensuring quality delivery, productivity, and smooth shift execution.

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations across medical transcription, medical scribing, EMR, and Pre/Post-charting
• Lead and support the team to achieve targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Track, review, and improve key metrics, including:

1. Scribing accuracy and efficiency
2. Transcription quality and turnaround time
3. Proofreading quality and error rates
4. Productivity, actual working hours, breaks, and schedule adherence
5. Ensure timely communication, real-time issue resolution, and smooth shift handovers
6. Conduct team meetings, coaching, and training to improve performance and consistency

Requirements

Mandatory: Prior experience in medical transcription / medical scribing operations

Proven managerial/team-handling experience

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Comfortable working night shifts from the office
