Role Description The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational activities during night hours, ensuring smooth functioning of the wellness center and consistently high guest service standards. This on-site role, based in Mulshi, includes supervising night staff, coordinating front office operations, monitoring security and safety procedures, and addressing guest inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. The Night Manager ensures accurate night auditing, reporting, and handover to the day team, and supports adherence to wellness protocols and resort policies. The role also involves responding to emergencies, managing check-ins and check-outs as needed, and maintaining a calm, welcoming environment throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or resort operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role during night shifts.
• Strong guest service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ability to oversee security, safety, and emergency procedures, maintaining composure and sound judgment under pressure.
• Competence in using property management systems, basic night auditing, and reporting tools.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in completing nightly tasks and handovers.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mulshi and collaborate effectively with wellness, housekeeping, front office, and security teams.
• Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or luxury hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
