Job Description:

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Contact Center Technologies, or Customer Experience platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone.
  • Experience in knowledge base administration and content management processes.
  • Understanding of customer support workflows and omnichannel environments.
  • Familiarity with taxonomy management, content governance, and search optimization.
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
  • Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in enterprise contact center environments.
  • Exposure to AI-powered knowledge management or chatbot integrations.
  • NICE CXone certifications will be an added advantage.
  • ITIL or customer support process knowledge preferred.
