Job Description:
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Contact Center Technologies, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone.
- Experience in knowledge base administration and content management processes.
- Understanding of customer support workflows and omnichannel environments.
- Familiarity with taxonomy management, content governance, and search optimization.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise contact center environments.
- Exposure to AI-powered knowledge management or chatbot integrations.
- NICE CXone certifications will be an added advantage.
- ITIL or customer support process knowledge preferred.
