We are seeking an experienced NHI Governance Consultant to support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and AI Governance initiatives focused on Non-Human Identities (NHI). The role involves evaluating current-state identity practices, identifying governance and security gaps, and defining scalable lifecycle management and security frameworks for service accounts, automation identities, and AI-driven identities.

The consultant will work closely with cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, and application stakeholders to support IAM modernization and governance transformation initiatives.

• Assess and analyze current-state NHI governance and lifecycle management practices.
• Identify risks, compliance gaps, and operational inefficiencies across technical identities.
• Define governance frameworks and lifecycle standards for service accounts, automation identities, and AI agents.
• Recommend security controls, technical guardrails, and operational best practices.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and validation sessions.
• Develop executive-ready reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
  
  

• Strong experience in IAM governance and Non-Human Identity management.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and service account management.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and security controls.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI-related identity risks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
