Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced NFT Engineer for a critical client engagement in the healthcare domain. You will be responsible for performance testing, reliability testing, and working closely with development and DevOps teams on an AWS-hosted medical imaging application. The role demands strong cloud and non-functional testing expertise. Automation skills are an added advantage but not the primary focus.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments — cloud testing, configuration, and execution
- Proficiency in JMeter — developing and executing performance test scripts
- Experience in performance testing and reliability testing — load, stress, and endurance testing
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
- Experience with Python scripting
- Familiarity with TestComplete and TestExecute
- Experience writing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios in JIRA
- Healthcare domain knowledge — particularly DICOM and PACS
- Background in test automation (good to have, not mandatory)
- ELK Stack — setting up pipelines, publishing to Elasticsearch, visualising in Kibana
- Oracle Database and SQL — querying and validating data as part of test verification
- Experience using monitoring and observability tools during test execution
- Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills — ability to diagnose issues in the testing framework or product
- Good communication skills — able to report performance and reliability results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance and reliability test scripts using JMeter
- Set up and run tests within AWS cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system behaviour during test execution using monitoring tools
- Set up ELK stack pipelines to collect, filter, and publish data; visualise results in Kibana
- Analyse application and system logs to troubleshoot testing framework or product issues
- Report performance and reliability evaluation results — bottlenecks, failures, and recommendations
- Query and validate data using Oracle Database and SQL
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery
- Work across both Windows and Linux server environments
