Roles & Responsibilities :
we are seeking for a Nexthink Specialist who can be flexible to work on the Nexthink and other platforms. With minimum of 3+ years experience. Additionally strong knowledge on Scripting, data transformation and integration capabilities using python, Linux , REST API & SQL
Key Responsibility
Support data collection and analysis for end-user experience monitoring
Create and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and reports
Work with the team to troubleshoot Nexthink Collector and Portal issues
Participate in improving dashboards, campaigns, and remote actions
Create and maintain scripts with help of python for the transformation process, data integration across platforms
Develop and maintain data integration processes between Oracle EPM Cloud and various source systems.
Need to contribute more on the innovation on the current process
Work within Linux environments for deployment, troubleshooting, and automation
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
Support network-related tasks and troubleshoot basic network issues
Educational qualification:
B.E B.Tech,
Experience :
3 to 4 years of experience
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Java - Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and application logic
Python - Familiarity with scripting and automation tasks
Linux - Hands-on experience or coursework involving Linux systems and shell commands
Networking Basics - Understanding of IP, DNS, firewalls, and common network troubleshooting tools
Preferred Skills :
Hands on experience on Python, Linux/Unix & Server (Windows & Linux)
Hands on experience on REST Api's & Automations, including Oracle EPM Automate and other EPM Cloud APIs.
Experience in PowerShell & Batch scripting
