Job Description

Role: Nexthink Administrator

Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on Nexthink administration experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Nexthink platform (collectors, portal, access management)
  • Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and endpoint health
  • Create and maintain dashboards, investigations, and reports
  • Use Nexthink insights to support incident, problem, and CSI activities
  • Build and maintain automation and Remote Actions for self-healing scenarios
  • Support Service Desk and Workspace teams with proactive issue detection
  • Integrate Nexthink with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Key Skills

  • Nexthink administration (dashboards, investigations, alerts, Remote Actions)
  • Windows endpoint environments (Windows 10/11)
  • Endpoint management exposure (Intune / SCCM / Jamf preferred)
  • PowerShell or basic scripting for automation
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Role Purpose

  • Improve end-user experience through proactive monitoring
  • Reduce incident volumes via automation and self-healing
  • Enable data-driven decision-making for Workspace and IT operations teams
