We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Next.js Developer to join an ongoing Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migration project. This is an urgent requirement, and the ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in Next.js, along with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0 A/AA), modern front-end testing practices, and CMS integration—particularly with Sitecore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Implement and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 A/AA accessibility standards across all UI components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sitecore CMS, with a strong preference for familiarity with Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Contribute to the Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migration, ensuring seamless and scalable frontend solutions.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Next.js.
- Proficient with Tailwind CSS for rapid and responsive UI development.
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of WCAG 2.0 A/AA accessibility standards.
- Experience with front-end testing tools like Jest and Enzyme.
- Working experience with Sitecore CMS, with a strong advantage for knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with headless CMS architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices in a Next.js environment.
