Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Next.js Developer to join our team for a full-time on-site role. The candidate will be responsible for developing modern web applications, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with the team to build high-quality digital products.

AI & Modern Development Workflow Experience

We are highly focused on modern AI-powered development workflows. Candidates with experience using AI coding assistants, AI IDEs, CLI tools, and automation workflows will be preferred.

• Cursor AI
• Windsurf
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude / ChatGPT for development workflows
• AI-powered IDEs and coding assistants
• CLI-based development tools and automation workflows
• AI-assisted debugging, refactoring, and code generation

The ideal candidate should be comfortable adapting to modern AI-driven development environments and improving productivity using advanced tools and workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and scalability
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing projects
• Collaborate with designers and developers on product development
• Follow clean coding practices and reusable code structures
• Work with Git, deployment workflows, and modern development tools

Requirements

• Strong experience with Next.js and React.js
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js development
• Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with API integration and frontend architecture
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
• Experience with Git and development workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
