- Maintenance of IT Infrastructure like Windows Servers, ADS, DNS,DHCP, Desktop, Laptop, MAC Support, Hardware & Networking, Firewall,Anti-virus,O365 Mail, VMware, VC etc
- File Server Backup (User Data Backup, Mail Backup from Synology automatic Storage backup.
- ESET Anti-Virus Server, Sonic wall Firewall, Networking Switches, VC, VOIP.
- Troubleshooting of All Users Desktop, Laptop, O365 Mail related and Printers etc
- Hardware & Networking Switches, RAID concept, Wi-Fi Device etc
- Monitoring CCTV Cameras.
- Maintaining IT Product equipment s, Licenses details, IT Asset details.
- O365 Outlook Mail configurations, troubleshooting, Checking SPAM, Quarantine Mails etc
- Troubleshooting of Microsoft O365 Mail, Desktops, Laptop, Networking & Firewall etc
- Video Conference support team by ZOOM & Microsoft Teams.
- OS configuration, Antivirus Updating Server.
- Implementation of Remote support for ERP Server, VPN Server HO to BO.
- Knowledge of Vendor coordination, IT equipment s procurement.
- Knowledge of Airtel, JIO leased line and broadband connection.
