Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a News Correspondent based in Mumbai, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. The News Correspondent will be responsible for reporting news in a concise and engaging manner, conducting thorough research, and creating high-quality written and multimedia content. The role involves covering updates in indian stock market , startup ecosystem and collaborating with the editorial team to ensure timely and accurate publication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in News Writing and general Writing to craft compelling and informative stories
• Editorial expertise with attention to accuracy, structure, and tone
• Proficiency in Research and gathering accurate and credible information
• Familiarity with Multimedia content creation, including video and digital storytelling
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality content standards
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in covering breaking news or demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced media environment is a plus
