About the Role
We are seeking a confident and engaging on-camera personality who is fluent in both Hindi and English, with a strong understanding of digital and social media strategies. You will be the face of our channel, collaborating closely with our video editor and content team to deliver timely, high-quality news content to our growing audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present news stories and current affairs on-camera in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
- Research trending topics and contribute to daily script inputs.
- Work closely with the video editor to ensure polished and visually appealing output.
- Suggest and help implement social media strategies to boost engagement on YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts.
- Shoot both long-form and short-form content (YouTube, Reels, Shorts) in coordination with the production team.
- Participate in live sessions, interviews, or panel-based formats when required.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience as a news anchor, reporter, or digital content creator in media.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent camera presence, voice clarity, and confident delivery.
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Strong collaboration skills- should be able to work effectively with editors, content writers, and designers.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience hosting interviews, debates, or panel discussions.
- On-ground reporting or live event coverage experience.
