Newgen Technical Architect:
- Should have more than 12+ years of experience as an Architect on Enterprise content management and business process management systems with mandatory experience on Newgen platforms.
- In-depth Knowledge on Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, OmniScan and LOS configurations and customizations
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Newgen Platform and Newgen LOS based applications.
- Extensive experience in Newgen LOS application with upstream and downstream integration via API.
- Experience in configuring and customizing dashboards and reports.
- Minimum 5+ Experience in leading large production support and enhancement projects on Newgen Platform.
- Mandatory Experience in handling production support of Newgen LOS modules (Medium and Small Business, Personal Finance, Auto Lease/Auto Finance and Mortgage)
- Should be able to provide estimates and timelines to customers for different incidents resolution, enhancement requests, monitor the project's progress, provide a regular status update to customer/internal stakeholders, and interact with customer for planning and resolution of various issues/requirements.
- Extensive experience in MSSQL and Oracle Database.
- Experience in coding standard, design standard, Git and branching strategies.
- Experience in implementing Java based applications.
- Experience in DevOps for Auto build deployment.
- Experience in Agile project execution.
- Strong communications skills with the demonstrated ability to engage with both business and technical customer staff
- Should be capable of providing technical leadership to junior engineers in the team, suggest solutions and review their work.
- Must have knowledge of ticketing tools
- Experience in handling large and distributed team.
Newgen Technical Lead:
- Should have more than 6+ years of experience on Enterprise content management and business process management systems with mandatory experience on Newgen platforms.
- In-depth Knowledge on Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, OmniScan and LOS configurations and customizations
- Good experience in designing and implementing Newgen Platform and Newgen LOS based applications.
- Experience in Newgen LOS application with upstream and downstream integration via API.
