As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance the equipment that supports our technology. Using your technical experience and critical thinking skills, you will perform engineering analysis, generate test reports, develop innovative solutions, and create documentation for product releases. You will also coordinate the procurement and assembly of components, identify sources of critical parts, and resolve technical issues to ensure peak performance.Introduction:

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated New Product Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical III (NPMEEE) to join our SPG/Display Group. In this role, you will lead the commercialization of newly designed electrical products and features, ensuring a smooth transition from early engineering concepts to highvolume manufacturing. You will review, analyze, and refine electrical designs to improve manufacturability at both supplier sites and Applied Materials factories, while also owning the creation and management of Engineering Change Orders/Numbers to implement design improvements and kit structure updates. The position requires regular use of modeling and drafting tools such as PCad, E3S, Creo, PDM, and NX to support design interpretation and release processes. Collaboration with global suppliers is essential, as you will work to resolve technical challenges, enhance manufacturability, and evaluate supplier process capabilities. Success in this role requires strong electrical design knowledge, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and the ability to partner effectively across engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality teams.
