Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer based in Delhi, India. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of introducing new products, including product development, testing, and transitioning to full-scale production. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting research and development for innovative solutions, ensuring product quality testing, and managing timelines to meet project deadlines effectively.
