- Lead end-to-end execution of new product development projects from PO receipt to production handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, QA, SCM, PPC, Production) to ensure timely project milestones.
- Conduct PO contract review with Internal CFT and Customer.
- Develop project tracker, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
- Drive customer communication for technical queries, status updates, and approvals.
- Prepare and review Raw material, special process, Assembly requirements and follow down with the team.
- Monitor development, trials, PPAP/FAI submissions, and customer validations.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, AS13100, Nadcap, customer-specific requirements).
- Conduct internal project review meetings and maintain progress dashboards; escalate risks proactively.
- Support smooth transition from development to production with clear handover and lessons learned from the development.
