Part II – Key Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities

1. To Lead overall lykis noble group, international orders with our brands, other private label brands – international orders, to take care of repeat orders in redevelopment and FMCG brand development & few artworks development
2. To ensure new product research & finalization
3. To ensure product formulations are approved in all aspects
4. To ensure Smooth internal & external work flow
5. To ensure timely approvals & execution of work
6. Get all artwork sheet approval from Management
7. To ensure timely formats updating after approvals
8. To ensure timely sign & approvals on designs, on artwork approval sheet, PM samples, PM shade cards, QC reports, FG samples
9. To align online proofing & individually take calls of all online approvals
10. To interact with factories for delay response to get immediate response from them
11. To align meeting with sales & purchase team for smooth execution of work
12. To align daily priorities of work to team & to designers specially
13. To meeting with new manufacturers
14. Prepare NPD work flow & process to any new manufacturers
15. To explain QC officer for any NPD inspections
16. To ensure PM QC'S & FG QC'S done timely or not
17. To aligned all signed samples to factories for smooth production process
18. Ensure smooth co-ordination related to brand registration & FDA docs
19. Ensure factories are doing all the required technical studies related to project & maintaining the documents
20. Meeting with RM, PM, fragrance houses suppliers and new manufacturers to know the latest trends in the market
21. Organize meetings with home buyers/international buyers or other internal meetings
22. To Align & to visit to all kind of exhibitions related to personal care
23. To update date wise tracking sheets in detail of all the projects
24. To ensure team is maintaining & keeping all the updated documents folder wise

Education Graduate or Post Graduate
