Job Description
We are looking for an NPD Manager who can lead the end-to-end new product development process from idea generation to product launch. The role involves market research, trend analysis, product innovation, coordination with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely product execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development and product innovation initiatives
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products
- Coordinate with R&D, marketing, packaging, and vendor teams
- Manage product sampling, testing, and launch timelines
- Work on product positioning, concepts, and improvements
- Ensure smooth execution of new product launches
- Maintain product documentation and development tracking
- Identify opportunities for new categories and product expansion
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in NPD, product development, or product innovation
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, wellness, FMCG, or D2C brands preferred
- Strong understanding of product development processes and market trends
- Good coordination, vendor management, and project management skills
- Creative and innovation-driven mindset
- Strong communication and execution abilities
