New Product Development Head - Robotics

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of new robotic products, components, and sub-systems
• Define and implement technology strategies for next-generation robotics solutions
• Provide mechanical engineering leadership in areas such as kinematics, dynamics, and tolerance analysis
• Oversee design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA) to ensure cost-effective and scalable production
• Drive performance through robust engineering calculations and simulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration
• Evaluate current product lines to identify opportunities for design enhancement, cost optimization, and performance improvement
• Use CAD and mechanical design tools to develop prototypes and production-ready models
• Manage NPD projects from concept through to production, including timelines, resource planning, and quality standards
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers to ensure innovation, compliance, and delivery excellence
