Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled
New Product Development Executive with
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Personal Care and Derma Product Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing formulations, conducting product trials, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and supporting new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new Personal Care, Skincare, Haircare, and Derma product formulations.
- Conduct formulation trials, product testing, and stability studies.
- Research new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
- Optimize existing formulations for performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams for product commercialization.
- Prepare formulation records, technical documentation, and product specifications.
- Conduct compatibility, stability, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze competitor products and identify innovation opportunities.
- Support successful product launches from concept to market.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing-related issues.
- Maintain product quality standards throughout the development process.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Cosmetics Technology, Personal Care Technology, Life Sciences or a related field.
