This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer located in Rajkot. The role involves spearheading the design and development of new products from concept to production. The engineer will conduct research, oversee product development and design, and collaborate with various teams to ensure product functionality and efficiency. Responsibilities will also include optimizing mechanical systems, solving engineering challenges, and contributing to the innovation of high-quality products.

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles, with the ability to design and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in Product Development, including conceptualizing, planning, and delivering new products.
• Expertise in Product Design with attention to functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
• Strong Research and Development (R&D) skills to identify new opportunities and technologies.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for design and engineering is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
