- Support the further development of manufacturing process flow, from enquiry to job completion.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement.
- Product & Process Costing
- Feasibility Check & freezing of confirmed parameters
- Engineering change management
- Work closely with team members on the production floor when required.
- Participate in learning and development activities that develop personal effectiveness and assist in improving performance in the role.
- Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organization.

- B.E. - Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace engineer / Production Engineer,
- 0-1 years in Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical Industry,
- Quick Learner & Creative thinking
- Must handle multiple job responsibilities & work pressure
- Prioritization of Task
- Well organized with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and good problem solver
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Able to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Personally, motivated with a task-oriented approach, ability to achieve objectives with right balance of self-initiative and delegation.
- Cost reduction, scrap reduction, forecast
- Knowledge of Measuring instruments, Unit conversion & Part measurement
- Should Read & Understand Engineering Drawings
