New Product Development Engineer - Core Box Foundry Casting

Job description

• Design & develop casting patterns for various types of foundry castings
• Oversee the core box manufacturing process, cold core box, shell core box, packing core & PTO core
• Manage no-core bake process, optimizing results & improving casting quality.

Required Candidate profile

• Develop & optimize gating systems and casting designs for improved production outcomes
• Evaluate solidification FEA to enhance casting robustness & quality
• Hands-on exp in core box manufacturing
