Job Title: New Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Job Location: Kharkhoda/Gurgaon/Manesar/Gujarat

Education Required: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

Experience Required:

For B.Tech:2.5 - 3.5 Years

For Diploma:4 - 9 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Track New model development progress with a focus on project milestones and timeline adherence
• Understand concern areas reported in trial stages and study countermeasure plans with PE teams
• Discuss with PE teams and identify root causes and countermeasures for quality issues
• Monitoring pending issues and ensuring closure within the time frame
• Coordinate with various Departments for issues resolutions

Competencies / Skills

• Understanding of 4-wheeler development and manufacturing process. EV knowledge will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.
• Basic knowledge ofAutocad & MS office
• Good Communication & presentation skills, influencing & negotiation skills, networking skills, and a team player.
