For B.Tech:2.5 - 3.5 Years
For Diploma:4 - 9 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Track New model development progress with a focus on project milestones and timeline adherence
- Understand concern areas reported in trial stages and study countermeasure plans with PE teams
- Discuss with PE teams and identify root causes and countermeasures for quality issues
- Monitoring pending issues and ensuring closure within the time frame
- Coordinate with various Departments for issues resolutions
Competencies / Skills
- Understanding of 4-wheeler development and manufacturing process. EV knowledge will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.
- Basic knowledge ofAutocad & MS office
- Good Communication & presentation skills, influencing & negotiation skills, networking skills, and a team player.
