Functional Job Role
1. Training & Infra for skilling-with Govt, Industry body, Skill association & internal teams in identification, development and implementation of skill initiatives aligned with the industry requirements.
2. Strengthen technical training content & delivery across the skilling initiatives.
3. Benchmarking and cross implementation of best practices in skilling within and outside the automotiveindustry.
4. Technical competence development of trainers.
5. Impact assessments of training initiatives in terms of training performance, technical competence and identification of gaps & improvement areas.
ManagerialRole
1. Strong technical knowledge across manufacturing roles.
2.Good liaisonskills with both external and internal stake holders.
3. Communication and presentation skills.
