The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, seasoned New Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Technology and Industry Domain Talent Solutions. This is a hunter role designed for a professional who is already deeply embedded in the U.S. staffing ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and selling our comprehensive suite of staffing and digital transformation services to U.S.-based clients.
Note: This is a Day One role. We are looking for a self-starter with an existing network who requires no training on the U.S. staffing market, recruitment processes, or business development lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct Sales: Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts in the U.S. market for staffing and professional services.
- Service Promotion: Effectively sell Sesheng's core talent offerings, including:
- Specialized Resourcing: Tech/IT, AI/GenAI, Healthcare, and Digital Transformation talent.
- Staffing Models: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Just-in-Time talent acquisition, and targeted technical sourcing.
- Value-Add Services: Technical screening, onboarding/upskilling strategies, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) hiring.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
- Market Positioning: Articulate Sesheng's unique Proof of Concept (PoC) approach and our community of engineers value proposition to differentiate us from traditional staffing firms.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying low-hanging fruit and high-margin opportunities within the MSP and direct-hire sectors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven success in New Business Development specifically within the U.S. IT Staffing industry.
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to work consistently during U.S. EST business hours from India.
- Network: An active, existing network of U.S.-based clients, business partners, and industry contacts is mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of the current tech landscape, including AI, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Analytics, and Automation platforms.
- Independence: A true self-starter who can operate with zero hand-holding, managing the entire sales funnel from lead generation to contract execution.
