Pearl Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented New Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground work, extensive travel, and direct interaction with customers. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, and supporting sales growth initiatives across India. This position reports directly to the Sales/Marketing Lead and contributes significantly to the company's market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market surveys and research on customer needs and trends
- Gather and analyze customer feedback on products, pricing, and delivery
- Study regional and product-wise demand to support strategic decisions
- Stay updated with company product offerings and specifications
- Deliver product presentations and technical demos to clients
- Participate in internal training and educate clients on product advantages
- Identify and target new potential clients
- Assist sales team with market insights and customer interactions
- Contribute to territory-based sales development
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum education: 12th pass; Graduate degree preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or market research in Building Materials or Construction sector
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret market trends
- Basic technical understanding of construction or building products is a plus
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Must own a personal biked
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, Visit all retail counters related to our industry in every district, taluka, city, and village (VPO) of the state.
- Comfort working in field-based, fast-paced environments
- Available for trade shows, site visits, and client meetings
