Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Biomedical, or related fields)

• MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)

• 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT Services / Product Engineering / Hi-Tech environments

• Experience selling solutions in one or more of the following domains:

• Product Engineering Services

• Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology

• Industrial Automation / Embedded Systems

• Storage, Cloud, or Enterprise IT Solutions

• Strong understanding of technical and solution-based selling

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions

• • Proven experience working with enterprise and B2B customers
