Position Overview
We are seeking an aggressive, high-energy, and self-driven New Business Development Executive to join our team as a pure hunter. Working remotely from India during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, you will focus strictly on winning new logo clients in the United States for our IT Staffing and Digital Talent Services.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep Sales DNA, zero need for micromanagement, and a proven track record of securing enterprise clients for IT staffing. Crucially, you should also bring specific experience selling digital talent services into Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, helping you masterfully communicate how global delivery and cutting-edge tech talent drive value.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hunt Strategy: Independently prospect, qualify, cultivate, and close new business accounts in the United States for IT Staffing and Professional Services.
- Promote Sesheng's Value Proposition: Masterfully position our core talent offerings as outlined in our Technology & Industry Domain Talent Solutions, including:
- Specialized Tech Sourcing: Targeted placement of highly sought-after engineering talent in AI/GenAI, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
- Advanced Staffing Models: Pitching Just-in-Time talent acquisition, technical screening as a service, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust, high-velocity sales pipeline of hiring managers, VP/Director-level engineering leaders, HR heads, and MSP/VMS procurement decision-makers in the US.
- Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Utilize modern sales intelligence tools, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, cold calling, and highly tailored email sequences to crack open new accounts.
- Aggressive Revenue Goals: Work relentlessly toward meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly new client acquisition and headcount revenue targets within a lean startup ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Seamlessly hand off won client requirements to the US and India-based technical recruitment delivery teams to ensure rapid turnaround and placement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in US IT Staffing Business Development alongside proven success selling digital talent/staffing services into GCCs (Global Capability Centers) in India.
- Work Arrangement: Must be fully committed and adapted to working 100% remote from India aligned completely with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Sales DNA & Self-Drive: A true self-starter who thrives under minimum supervision. You must possess the resilience required for a startup environment and an intrinsic motivation to hit aggressive financial targets.
- Communication Mastery: Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting technical capabilities to C-suite, VP, and Director-level enterprise stakeholders in the US.
- Technical Literacy: A strong conversational grasp of modern technology landscapes - specifically Cloud Modernization, Data Engineering (Databricks/Snowflake), Intelligent Automation, and Emerging AI/GenAI tools - to accurately qualify technical staffing needs.
- Tools Knowledge: Experience using CRM tracking software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various automated outbound prospecting tools.
