We are looking for a proactive and results-driven New Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving new client acquisition while also managing ongoing client relationships and accounts. This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end sales, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, along with effective client servicing and account management.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development & Sales
- Hunt and target new business opportunities for Think Design
- Execute lead generation activities through cold calling, emails, and inbound lead follow-ups.
- Engage and interact with CIOs, CMOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers to understand UX and digital design requirements within their organizations.
- Qualify leads and prospects through structured discovery and needs assessment.
- Set up and coordinate meetings and presentations for the core leadership and design teams at Think Design.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms and contracts.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Pre-Sales & Proposal Management
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks aligned with client needs and Think Design's offerings.
- Manage POC and proposal follow-ups, ensuring timely closure and clear communication with prospects.
- Coordinate with internal design and leadership teams to define scope, timelines, and pricing.
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong client relationship management.
- Manage post-sales follow-ups, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Think Design's services to existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by aligning deliverables with expectations and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline using defined CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Submit monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue updates.
- Track performance against assigned revenue targets and proactively address gaps.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience of min 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a design, digital, or consulting agency.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, Web, and Mobile Application Design services.
- Expertise in lead qualification, prospecting, lead conversion, solution selling, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
