About the Role

Thought Kitli Creative Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Business Developer to identify new growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, presenting the agency's services, generating qualified leads, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and pitch the agency's branding, creative, social media, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
  • Develop customized proposals and participate in client meetings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account management teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with branding, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
