Key Responsibilities
Surgical & Clinical Care
- Perform surgeries to treat tumors, relieve chronic pain, and manage vascular disorders and injuries.
- Operate microscopes and advanced surgical equipment for microsurgeries.
- Assess, diagnose, and prescribe treatment plans for patients.
- Handle unscheduled emergency surgeries efficiently.
Diagnostic & Monitoring
- Order, perform, and interpret results of diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT, and PET scans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Team Coordination & Collaboration
- Oversee and coordinate surgeons, nurses, and support staff in the operating theater.
- Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and other medical departments.
- Update patients families regarding surgical procedures and progress.
Administrative & Professional Development
- Maintain accurate records, prescriptions, and documentation.
- Attend academic conferences and stay updated on medical advancements.
