Must-Have
- 6+ years of experience in handling IT network devices
- LAN Switching/routing (VLANs, STP, OSPF), expertise in working Catalyst and Nexus Switches.
- Cisco DNAC/SDA Operations,Cisco ISE (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS) troubleshooting,
- Cisco Wi-Fi (WLC/AP) management, Cisco Firewalls (ASA/FD, ACLs, NAT, VPN).
- Cisco ACI - Tenant/EPG Model, Contracts. Deep understanding of SD-WAN
- Strong in monitoring, logs analyzing, basic automation and packet captures.
- Flexible to work 24/7 shifts
- Service Now Knowledge will be an advantage.
