CADDPROTCS is seeking an experienced and passionate CCNA & MCSA Trainer to train students and corporate participants in networking and system administration technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-aligned training sessions and supporting learners until successful exam completion and placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for CCNA (Routing & Switching / Enterprise) and MCSA (Windows Server) modules.
- Train students on networking fundamentals, routing protocols, switching concepts, network security, server administration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Design and develop training materials, lab exercises, assessments, and practice tests.
- Ensure that all training content complies with certification exam objectives.
- Provide hands-on guidance in Cisco routers/switches configuration and Windows Server setup.
- Mentor students individually in labs, doubt-clearing sessions, and certification preparation.
- Track learner progress and maintain training documentation.
- Assist in curriculum updates to match industry trends and new certification versions.
- Support the placement team by preparing students for technical interviews.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and demo sessions for prospective students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- CCNA certification mandatory; MCSA or Microsoft equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 13 years of experience as a trainer or networking/system admin professional.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Subnetting, Routing Protocols, WAN Technologies)
- Cisco Router & Switch configuration
- Windows Server administration (AD DS, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, File Services)
- Network security fundamentals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of Linux basics.
- Experience training corporate batches.
- Updated knowledge of Cisco Enterprise certifications.
- Ability to assist with lab infrastructure setup.
