Job Title: Junior Network Engineer (Telecom)

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support solution design using standard approaches aligned with technical strategy and roadmap.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Design scalable, adaptable, and cost-effective network solutions.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, policies, and design standards.
• Support change management, impact assessments, and design documentation updates.
• Provide operational and in-life support for network solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements within customer solution design.
• Deliver tasks and objectives in line with Customer Service team goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in the Telecom industry.
• Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Ethernet, and Microwave Transmission Network Planning.
• Understanding of Fiber Network Planning and Design.
• Experience working in operational network environments.
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, issues, and challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis.
