Job Description Technical Trainer

Location: Parimal Cross Road, Ahmadabad & Rajkot

Working Days:- 6 days

Working Hours:- 8.5hrs

Keyskill:- Cyber security, Hardware & Networking

Key Result Areas (KRA) Trainer

1. Training Delivery

Conduct live training sessions as per the defined curriculum.

Ensure sessions are engaging, interactive, and easy for students to understand.

Maintain punctuality and consistency in training schedules.

2. Student Project Guidance

Guide students in project-based learning and support them in completing assigned technology projects on time.

Regularly monitor project progress and provide timely feedback.

Ensure every student meets project quality standards.

3. Demo Sessions

Conduct demo sessions for prospective students as required.

Represent TOPS professionally and help convert demos into admissions through effective communication and clarity.

4. Curriculum Execution & Preparation

Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures based on the academic curriculum.

Update training material when needed to maintain relevance and industry alignment.

Ensure syllabus completion within the defined timelines.

5. Technology & Skill Upgradation

Continuously update skills and stay aligned with new technologies.

Complete mandatory skill-upgradation tasks as per business requirements.

Adapt to new tools, software, and training methodologies.

6. Business Support Responsibilities

Contribute to additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.

Collaborate with internal teams such as placement, academic, or operations when required.

7. Student Engagement & Performance Tracking

Track student attendance, performance, and learning outcomes.

Provide guidance, counseling, and support to improve student results.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

8. Quality & Feedback Management

Collect and respond to student feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintain high training quality and ensure NPS / feedback scores meet company standards.
