Location:-Delhi/ chennai

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IP telephony and VoIP technologies
• Experience with SIP, H.323, RTP, SRTP, codecs (G.711, G.729, Opus, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise voice platforms (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with voice gateways, SBCs, and PSTN integration
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Good documentation and process-oriented mindset
