Required Skills:
Network Monitoring Tools – SolarWinds, Nagios, Prometheus, Datadog, Selector.AI or equivalent
Networking Fundamentals – TCP/IP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF
Cloud Networking – AWS / Azure / GCP
Automation & Scripting – Python, Ansible, Terraform
ITSM Integration – ServiceNow, APIs, Webhooks
On-premises & Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring
Network Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization
CCNA / CCNP or equivalent certification (Mandatory)
Preferred: AWS / Azure / GCP Associate-level certifications
