Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Network Team Lead to lead a team of network engineers responsible for the implementation, operation, security, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers
  • Manage network projects from planning through implementation and support
  • Oversee enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless network environments
  • Ensure network availability, performance, and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents
  • Implement and maintain network security controls
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business and operational objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement, documentation, and compliance initiatives

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network implementation and support
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a defence, government, or regulated environment
  • Experience leading teams, projects, or technical initiatives is highly preferred

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • Cisco, Alcatel, or other enterprise-grade networking equipment
  • TCP/IP networking
  • DNS, DHCP, and NTP
  • Network troubleshooting tools and methodologies
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems
