Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Switching professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LAN technologies and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network switching solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.

Good-to-Have Wireless (Aruba/Cisco), SDWAN, SDN, ISE, Load balancers

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage LAN switching solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and security.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to optimize performance.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in network switching technologies.
• Strong understanding of LAN technologies including Ethernet, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as switches and routers.
• Knowledge of network security principles and practices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
