Summary:

As a Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring, integrating, and overseeing the entire life cycle of telecommunication network elements. This role includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The position requires maintaining accurate back office system data records and providing essential support for customer activations and configuration modifications. The role demands continuous coordination to ensure smooth network operations and timely resolution of any issues that arise during service delivery, contributing to overall network reliability and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless network service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze network performance data to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Experience with network configuration management and lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their integration.
• Ability to manage and maintain back office system data records accurately.
• Skilled in supporting customer activations and handling configuration adjustments.
