Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Technician proficient in Cisco, Juniper, and firewall technologies. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, managing firewall rules, providing VPN support, collaborating with clients, and maintaining detailed records in ConnectWise. Timely communication and on-call participation are essential.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Expertise in Next-Gen Firewalls (Juniper SRX, Meraki MX, Palo Alto)
  • LAN/WAN troubleshooting, OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF
  • VPN, IPSEC, QoS, NAT, ACL management
  • VMware integration and network monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving and client communication skills
