Expertise in Next-Gen Firewalls (Juniper SRX, Meraki MX, Palo Alto)
LAN/WAN troubleshooting, OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF
VPN, IPSEC, QoS, NAT, ACL management
VMware integration and network monitoring
Strong problem-solving and client communication skills
