We are looking for a Hands & Feet (H&F) Engineer / IT Field Support Engineer for an onsite activity in Goa.

Activity: Switch console access & troubleshooting

Scope of Work

• Provide hands-on support for network switch console access
• Assist with switch connectivity troubleshooting
• Connect and support the remote network team during troubleshooting
• Perform basic onsite network checks and support

Required Tools

• Laptop
• RJ-45 Console Cable
• USB Mini-Type B Console Cable
• 3-meter LAN Patch Cable
• Wi-Fi Dongle with good connectivity
