Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Network Support Engineer with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise network environments. The role involves supporting US & UK clients and ensuring high network availability and performance.

Key Skills Required

Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN

Cisco routers, switches, VPNs

VoIP systems & troubleshooting

Network monitoring & diagnostics

Hardware installation & support

Client support & ticketing systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

CCNA / Network+ (preferred)

Experience supporting international clients is a plus

Nice to Have

Wireshark, SolarWinds

Network security basics

Cloud networking / SD-WAN exposure
