Network Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain protocol stacks across various network layers (OSI model).
• Implement and optimize transport protocols (TCP, UDP) and network protocols (IP, ICMP, ARP).
• Enhance and maintain existing network stack components such as socket libraries and network drivers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues.
• Profile and optimize network performance (latency, throughput, packet loss).
• Improve protocol scalability, reliability, and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless protocol integration.
• Prepare documentation, including usage guidelines and best practices.
• Explore emerging networking technologies and standards.
• Work closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and system architects.
• Participate in design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
