Job Descriptions:
- We are looking for an experienced Network Lead L3 to manage and support enterprise network operations across LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, Data Center, and Network Security environments.
- 10-15 years of total experience.
- The role will be responsible for handling L3 escalations, complex troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, network changes, configuration reviews, performance monitoring, and operational governance.
- The candidate should guide L1/L2 teams, coordinate with vendors/ISPs, support audits, maintain network documentation, and ensure high availability of business-critical network services.
- Strong hands-on experience is required in routing, switching, firewalls, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, load balancers, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba, F5.
- Certifications such as CCIE (Preferred), CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or ITIL are preferred.
