Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability
- Implement and maintain effective network monitoring and logging solutions to improve visibility, observability and incident detection, response and prevention.
- Perform network maintenance and upgrades including patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Configure and maintain - Cloud Networking: GCP VPCs, Cloud Router, VPN/Interconnect.
- Firewalls Management and administration: Palo Alto NGFW (Panorama), Juniper SRX, NSX DFW.
- Load Balancers Administration: F5 BIG-IP LTM, NSX LB, GCP LB.
- Switching/Routing: Cisco (Switches, Routers), Juniper (SRX/EX).
- Manage Akamai CDN and WAF configurations for application security and performance.
- Administer DNS/DDI platforms (Efficient IP, NS1) and SSL certificate lifecycle (Sectigo).
- Operate network monitoring tools (OpManager) for proactive health checks, alerting, Network Configuration Backups.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve an array of topics and participate in on-call rotation
- Automate repeatable processes with network tools or scripts.
- Create and maintain technical, procedural, and educational documentation related to FTD's network ecosystem
- Embrace a culture of enablement, customer service, continuous improvement, and transparency
- Making responsible risk assessments for changes and implementations
- Adhering to change control policies and associated communication guidelines
- Troubleshooting network related issue to resolution

Minimum of 2-3 years experience operating scalable, available, high-performance networks
Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or a related field
Hands-on experience with continuous network methodologies and technologies.
- Expertise of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
- Experience in Network Security
- Networking: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VRFs.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS networking services or any other Cloud Networking.
- Network Security: Expertise in Palo Alto NGFW, NSX DFW, WAF technologies.
- Load Balancing: F5 BIG-IP LTM configuration and troubleshooting.
- DDI/DNS: Efficient IP, NS1 DNS management.
- Wireless & NAC: Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi, Aruba ClearPass.
- Monitoring: OpManager or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SSL certificate management and installation on networking devices
- Ability to work well independently and within dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Capability to be self-directed, take ownership of issues, and establish a prominent level of credibility
- A genuine desire and willingness to share knowledge effectively with others.
